I miscarried on 6/16 2014. i went to the dr. on 7/30- negative blood test. 8/7 negative home test. 8/16 & 8/17 positive test. how far i could i be?

Hard to be accurate: A pregnancy test will usually turn positive somewhere around 4 weeks (2 weeks after conception). So you probably weren't 4 weeks on 8/7, but became 4 weeks sometime between 8/7 and 8/16. So you're likely around 4-5 weeks. An ultrasound at 6+ weeks will give you a better idea.
