Yes: I am assuming you are RH negative and your partner is RH positive. This doesn't cause first trimester miscarriages at all. It can cause a problem in the second or third trimester called hydrops fetalis that can cause a late miscarriage. This can be prevented by getting Rhogam in the previous pregnancy. But even this is variable pregnancy to pregnancy. You can succeed! Best wishes!
