Get a checkup: Most likely your next pregnancy will be normal and healthy. However, after 2 miscarriages in a row, an evaluation by your gynecologist or a reproductive endocrinologist is a good idea. Most problems that are found during an evaluation for recurrent miscarriage can be fixed: low thyroid, uterine scarring, are 2 examples of common curable problems in this situation. See your doctor! good luck!

Nothing yet: If you have 3 or more miscarriages then a GYN MD needs to run some testing to find out why. Most miscarriages are due to genetic incompatibilities with continue development and life so there really isn't anything that you can personally do at this time.
