TMJ: sounds like TMJ syndrome. subluxation of the joint can be very irritating. repeated issues can lead to cartilage deterioration in the joint. some people get chronic pain at TMJ site or more commonly chronic headaches as the surrounding muscle spasm in attempt to prevent the joint from moving. you do not seem at this pt. a bite guard me be helpful. dentist or oral surgeon would be one to see.
