Unusual: Antibiotics for kidney infection usually cause diarrhea, so you have a very unusual symptoms. It may be because you are dehydrated from the fever associated with the infection. Rarely antibiotics can cause constipation but it usually resolves with a high fiber diet, say increase fruit in your diet or a gentle laxative such as bisacodyl, dulcolax.
