Not related. : Probably use of ciprofloxacin and paracetamol and having constipation are not related. Constipation is mainly due to lack of fiber and lack of adequate intake of water in the diet. Common to have bleeding with constipation. Try using psyllium or Metamucil and increase fibre and liquid intake. U can also take a stool softener like lactulose. If bleeding persists see ur doctor.
