Its LOGICAL: That if the test in 1995 "missed" an HCV infection thew disease itself would have "declared itself" clinically by now!!!! HOWEVER if you think you were EXPOSED AGAIN between your 1995 test ..get retested of course! Hope this Helps! Dr Z
