Good news on labs: If your Hep Be antigen (Ag) is negative, that means you don't have hepatitis B virus there in your body. That's great! The Hep B antibody (Ab) means that at sometime in the past you DID have it, but it probably cleared. I would ask for a Hep B virus DNA test to be absolutely sure (HBV DNA). The anti-HCV test means you don't have Hepatitis C, which is another good thing.

HBsAg?: I'm assuming you have a positive hbsag, since the hbeag and hbeab wouldn't be ordered otherwise. If that's the case, you have chronic hepatitis b, though it's good that your hbeab is positive. You may require treatment. But the most important test is hbsag. Find out whether it's positive.
