No: Some transitory heavy bleeding might be normal but if your bleeding does not improve within 24 hours, I suggest seeing your medical provider or at least calling the office. If you are lightheaded, or feeling overall worse, weak, fever or chest pain or shortness of breath or any new worrisome symptoms you should be seen ASAP
