Very low: The chances for Spina Bifida is in general is about 3 per 10,000 pregnancies. At 4 weeks there is usually an all or nOne phenomenon. Your pregnancy either grows normally or there is a miscarriage. Also, 15 minutes in a jacuzzi does not usually cause harm. It is best to be calm and just wait patiently of your ultrasound. Good Luck.
