Bartholin duct cyst?: There are lymph nodes in the area as well as the Bartholin's gland, which secretes a lubricating substance and can get the duct that supplies lubricant obstructed, there are also Skenes glands in the general vicinity. I suggest you get a good exam at your OB to find out the exact area in question, as well as how to treat and relieve this
