Sinus infection: Your symptoms suggest a sinus infection, possibly of the sphenoid sinus inside your head. That would explain the head pressure, headaches, and dizziness. Since you've had these symptoms for a few weeks, a course of an antibiotic seems appropriate. You might try home sinus irrigation to relieve some symptoms, and a decongestant may also help. If you think your eye(s) is/are bulging, see pcp.

See a doctor: Do this fairly soon. If your eye is truly bulging you will need a ct scan of the brain and possibly an MRI with cuts through the orbit. See a neurologist and get this thoroughly evaluated. Good luck, .

Sinus pressure: It looks like you have been suffered from chronic rhino sinusitis or inflammation or chronic infection of your sinuses and nasopharyngeal areas. The most common problem that begins the process is environmental allergies that lead to chronic infection and inflammation. Depending on the severity of the symptoms, you might need to either see a specialist in ear nose throat or an allergist.
