Where ever you have: hair follicles, the lining is made of keratin and when squeezed out it can be white. But without seeing what you are talking about I am not sure. Cracks in nipples suggests dry skin, but also glands can be present, but those typically don't release "white-head like stuff". See doctor to be sure

See below: most of the time those deposits are keratin (a natural substance from our skin shedding) especially in over weight people. If you are concerned, then see your PCP or ObGyn
