I am a 31 yo male and have clear nipple discharge from both nipples when squeezed. head mri showed no pituitary problems and nothing abnormal was noted on a breast ultrasound. all bloodwork is normal, but nipple discharge continues. what could it be?

Nipple discharge: Since both nipples have clear discharge on squeezing, I favor a benign cause and it may be hormone related unless its a side effect of medication. For peace of mind consider consulting an endocrinologist as well as a breast surgeon for evaluation and advice.
