Go see your doctor: Best to go see your doctor for an evaluation. Could be ascites (abnormal fluid in belly), ventral hernia or diastasis rectus, even visceral adipose tissue (fat). A physical exam would go a long ways towards explaining your appearance. An ultrasound might be helpful, too.
