A member asked:

When i'm in bed i can't sleep cause i feel like i have constant cramp in my legs and feet, but there's nothing wrong with them, isit my mind?

Cramps: If your diet is calcium-deficient, or you exercise heavily in the evenings, cramping can be real after falling asleep. At your age, claudication, or cramping due to cardiac illness is very unlikely. As a female, you are past the age of rapid linear growth, which can cause 'growing pains'
