It's OK: You can't overdose on real B vitamins. But be careful with synthetic forms. The easiest way to tell is to look at the ingredient list of your supplements. Stay away from the ones that have folic acid or cyanocobalamin. Look for the ones that have folinic acid and methylcobalamin.
