Weight gain: There is only one way to gain weight, unless it is water weight, and that is to take in more than you are expending. You may be less physically active after childbirth, may be eating more than you suspect, or eating high caloric foods. Make a careful list, check calorie counts, begin exercising. It is not from an antibiotic you took previously or even now. Best wishes for a slim you.
