Hi i started an antibiotic on wednesday for chest infection and a sore throat still have both and the tablets are making me sleepy what do i do now?

Antibiotics= WAITING: It takes at least until the full antibiotic course has finished before you can expect to feel better & often, depending on how it was to begin with it may still take another week after they're done before you really get back to baseline. It's also possible that you had both a bacterial & viral infection in which case the virus may take much more time to clear causing things to be protracted.
