Regular periods: Regular periods are the most important sign of ovulation. If you have not conceived after 1 year of unprotected intercourse, it is time to begin a work up. If your cervical mucus is the problem intrauterine insemination ( aka IUI) is the simple answer. Just put your partner's sperm directly into the uterus and bypass the cervix. Hope this helps.
