Wait: It takes a normal couple on average 4-5 months to get pregnant. The previous loss from incompetent cervix won't prevent future pregnancies. We generally recommend waiting until 1 year of trying before seeking help. Most likely you'll be pregnant within the next 6 months (hopefully soon). I would wait.
