Not unheard of: This might be as much a stress reaction for the emotional and physical trauma of surgery. Sometimes people have unusual feelings or emotions after anesthetic also. Get reassurance from your surgeon that everything is OK. Get plenty of sleep and eat well. Spend time with your family and trusted friends. This should get better. If you continue to have much worry and anxiety, see a provider.
