Yes, but risk lower.: Diclofenac is an non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug which helps reduce pain & swelling. But it also depletes the protective prostaglandin layer in the stomach, increasing the risk for inflammation, ulceration, and bleeding. Stopping smoking will reduce ur risk for many major medical problems, including heart disease & lung cancer. But ur still at risk for GI bleed with prolonged Diclofenac use.
