Great care: Many spouses can get care on base or can get private insurance, usually tricare humana that many physician's take, or tricare prime which is a more limited numbers of private docs, but you should be able to find someone.

A lot: I agree with dr. Vandell. Obsetrical care may be available at military medical facilities or through tricare network providers. If overseas- you may receive care from an MTF or in the local area (depending on size of mtf).
