He cares: He cares about you and doesn't want to see your life ruined at age 70. Choices you make now will have a huge impact on the progress of diabetes complications 10 years from now, including heart disease, stroke, blindness, kidney failure, nerve damage & poor circulation leading to amputations.Change is hard, but it does not need to "ruin your life". Small change can add up to big gains in health.
