Bloody nose: Nose bleeds are common in the winter when the air is dry. They are important if there are other signs of bleeding like bruises or gums that bleed and if the nose bleeding took over 15 minutes to stop. Otherwise if you infant has no other symptoms i would not worry unless the nose bleed is a daily event.
