I had carpal tunnel surgery, will the hair on my hand look darker after the splint is removed or will it be the same because i have some black hairs.

Shouldn't be problem: Usually we only see hair color change after a longer period of cast immobilization not a shorter term use of a splint. If you do get some hairs that are darker they will return to their normal color over time
