No: Those are different activities. Video game addiction is related to the thrill of completing a game and wanting more points/items/weapons/etc. Poker addiction is a gambling addiction - related to money and the thrill of winning more of that. They are both related to most other addictions in that the pleasure center of the brain is activated but for very different reasons.
