A member asked:

I have a small ovarian cyst on right side will it go away or will i always have it?

Go away: The vast majority of ovarian cysts--even large ones--go away spontaneously. If it's less than 4 cm and you're not having pain, I probably would not even repeat an ultrasound unless you start getting pain. The features of your current cyst can change the prognosis, so consult with your doctor.
