Need more info: These symptoms are not specific for anything I can tell. Would need more info. Any discomfort etc? Gas/bubble popping noise makes me wonder what is going on with motility of stomach. Any nausea, get full quickly after meal, bloating? If so, may consider further investigation. If not, and maintaining wt ,clinically have no concerns.
