Your question is not: in my area but i am sure a psychiatrist can answer it. Beyond that, I see from your history anxiety, depression, and allergy. You might consider a consult/lab work with a nutritionally-oriented doc or a nutritional consultant. Perhaps there is an underlying food allergy. Peace and good health.
