Murphy's Law: That, unfortunately happens to patients all the time. They have a problem that they want evaluated, have to wait to get in to see a doc for an eval, and the problem decides to no-show to the appointment. Best thing you can do is keep a diary the doc can look at retrospectively, especially in your case since you've a "hypochondriac" label for some reason. Request a testicular ultrasound. Reasonable
