Good sign, but.....: No pain is generally a good sign. But, not all fractures are the same, because some are stable (real fractures versus stress fractures) and some are unstable (which may in fact require you to stay off of your foot with or without a cast for 8 to 12 weeks).

Usually a good sign: If you do not have much swelling and the foot does not feel numb, that means things are settling down. Continue to use the CAM walker as directed by your doctor though. Good luck!

No pain - good: the fact that your pain is minimal is good on the other hand what really matters Is how your fracture is healing on the xray most foot fractures takes 4-8 weeks to heal based on location and severity so see how much pain is present on an xray
