Corneal damage: It can cause corneal erosions and damage. It can also be a sign of Sjogren`s syndrome, an immunologic disorder. Your Ophalmologist will have good treatment.

32yo female. Woke up today with blurry vision in both eyes that has lasted hours. No medical conditions besides Gerd. Hard hard to focus looking at phone/computer. Eyes are dry/irritated. Eye drops didn't help. No glasses or eyesight issues?
