It depends!: Kinky vs perverted depends upon your social mores which depends upon your upbringing & current socialization. What's kinky to one person might be perverted to someone else & vice versa. On the other hand, scotus has stated that while they can't define pornography, they know it when they see it. Legally speaking, i believe that kinky is ok while perversion is criminal. Obviously, much more complica.
