See a Dermatologist: Often when someone has a focal patch of hair that grows abnormally on the scalp, it means that there is a growth under the skin in that location that is causing the hair to grow out abnormally. See a dermatologist to find out why this is happening. Sometimes it can be fixed/treated depending on the cause.
