Why does my unborn baby move up 2 seconds after i get startled or frightened? am i affecting the baby when i get scared?

Physiologic response: When you get startled your body produces adrenalin & stress hormones like cortisol that affect your baby. While all moms have some stress when pregnant, studies show moms with severe stress have higher risk of premature birth, babies with low birth weight & kids with greater risk of hyperactivity & emotional problems.
