PSIS: ? discovered "bumps" bilaterally above buttocks. Posterior superior iliac spines (PSIS) conjoin, medially, with sacroiliac joint. Low back and pelvic girdle pain elicited on one side is "Fortin" Sign, which correlates with disorder of the sacroiliac joint. Extreme sport injuries, falls, MVA's, and lifting injuries can cause. See an Osteopath for diagnosis.
