See doc: Scared enough to see a doctor? Your symptoms MAY be unrelated to each other. Alternatively, the possibilities range from sinus infections to bleeding disorder (such as hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectadia) with subsequent anemia, to truly dreadful stuff I don't even want to mention. See a doctor. My bet is sinus infection. But that too warrants prompt treatment.
