Not really: Congratulations! Early in pregnancy your baby is protected by you and your uterus. As long as you are not bleeding or cramping you should be OK. This will help you to be cautious in the future. Good Luck!

Falling stars/stairs: Catching a falling star is very difficult but unfortunately pregnant women catch "falling stairs" often. The baby is well protected from injury inside a uterus inside your abdomen. However, your MD should check out your pregnancy to be certain there was no injury. Eliminate high heels, thongs, and strapless shoes during pregnancy as your center of balance is changing rapidly and can cause falls.
