No easy answer: As this will depend on the type of procedure necessary. And even the same procedure can cost widely differing amounts based on the surgeon and other associated surgical/facility fees. It's unlikely that scar revision surgery will yield no scarring but the appearance ideally would be noticeably less. Again there is great variability depending on what you start with!
