Implanon: The likelihood of pregnancy on implanon is quite low. Abnormal bleeding, whether bleeding every day or no bleeding at all is the major side effect of progesterone contraception such as implanon. Discharge as described is normal as your cervix continually makes mucus. The fatigue is unrelated.
