Post partum menses: It is variable when a woman starts to ovulate and/or have menses after they give birth. Having no period while breastfeeding does not prevent pregnancy. In your case, it is possibly the removal of the implant combined with normal postpartum hormonal changes that caused your menses. It sounds normal, I wouldnt be concerned.
