I took birth control for about a month and then stopped because I was bleeding so much on it. Now a month later I still havent had a period, is that normal? Ive had unprotected sex while on the pill and since stopping so now Im worried?

I have been on gianvi (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) birth control pills for about three years, and never had trouble. I had my period two weeks ago as normal, and sex last weekend, and now I am bleeding a bit and don't know why.
I got my last periods on 6th march which ended on 11th march. on 14th march i had unprotected sex so i took a birth control pill on same day. Now today on 20th march i got some light spot of bleeding. What can be the cause?
Period only lasted 2 days. On birth control for 4 months, bleeding stopped after having sex while on my period. Could the lack of blood be from sex?
