No.: No, you can't undo the past. What you CAN do is not to add further risk, by avoiding sun exposure and smoking. Also be alert to changes in your skin. Skin cancer, even melanoma, if diagnosed early is curable with simple excision. One other thing: although your history of sun burns increases your lifetime risk of skin cancer, most people with such a history do not in fact get skin cancer.
