Tips: More sunscreen ( Most only apply 25-50% of the recommended amount of sunscreen. Use full ounce). Apply every 2 hrs when swimming or sweating. Apply 15 min BEFORE going out. SPF at least 30 (blocks 97% of sun's rays).
