Constipation: Try increasing your water intake. Also eat more salads and veggies. This should help you with having softer stools that are easier to pass. You can try a stool softener if necessary. I like mineral oil to soften stools. It will help you pass stools without the " blowout effect" of many harsher stool softeners. You can take 2 tablespoons daily with juice for soft stools.
