Cramping: Perhaps it is time to see your doctor. Maybe you have developed a bowel infection or picked up a parasite.

Intestine infection?: A simple tummy ache with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, whether at home or traveling, may be from a virus infection, bacteria infection, or contaminated food. A normal person, not pregnant, not on medications, usually recovers easily. Taking a pedialyte popsicle hourly, plus drinking/eating little else for 24-36 hours, may settle things down. Otherwise, a doctor should evaluate.

Get evaluation.: Off the cuff, you sound as though you may have an irritable bowel. There is much history to be taken and an exam of body and stool is in order. I would recommend you see your pcp and/or a GI specialist. Probably a minimal issue that will resolve but needs evaluation and proper treatment. Bad things can sometimes lurk hidden by nuiassance issues. Depends on age, risk factors, general health.
