Yes, to the ER stat: This sounds very serious and you should go to the ER without delay to evaluate for a serious infection given the presentation. We do not want this to become more widespread and the ER will know what tests to run including but not limited to a urine culture, possible CT of abdomen, physical exam, bloodwork/labs. Do not delay !!
