Had bad cold/cough & coughed so hard now when i swallow solid foods i can feel it go down is this caused from throat irritation from coughing?

Most likely: Most likely it is from the coughing if you noticed it after your coughing fits. I notice you are taking Nystatin (not sure if that is oral or topical) and some antibiotics. "Sometimes" antibiotics can cause thrush in the mouth/throat too, so if you can see white patches in the mouth and back of throat you should see your Dr. Sometimes with coughing you can get a little acid reflux too.

Yes it very well: maybe as coughing can cause throat irritation. See your doctor if no improvement in next day or two

Yes: The irritation comes from the infection (probably viral), the body's immune response to the infection and the mechanical strain of coughing. This should go away within 7-10 days
